As part of the activities related to the theme New Approaches to Heritage, within the scope of the Our World Heritage initiative, this round table aims to present and discuss the context and the situation of heritage in Latin America, identifying similarities, disseminating experiences and indicating converging paths, actions and recommendations for the protection, conservation and management of the world heritage in the next 50 years. This will be the second session of a series of regional dialogues, expanding the actions of sharing and socializing knowledge to encourage the mobilization of civil society. By enhancing listening strategies, our goal is to collectively build transdisciplinary policies for the protection, conservation and governance of heritage in all regions of the world.
